Position

Rosein’s practice encompasses all aspects of family law with particular emphasis on complex public law proceedings. As well as acting on behalf of local authorities, parents and children’s guardians in all types of private and public law cases, she regularly acts in financial remedy proceedings and the Court of Protection. Rosein appears in courts of all tiers.

Rosein is an experienced and highly regarded member of the Family Team who is known for her thorough preparation and tenacious advocacy as well as her ability to manage difficult or vulnerable clients with a measured and pragmatic approach.
