Timothy has extensive experience in all aspects of civil law including, Personal Injury, Professional Negligence, Contractual Disputes and Personal Insolvency. He is a member of the Personal Injury and Professional Negligence (PIPN) and Commercial teams.
Timothy has considerable Trial and Advisory experience in civil cases involving allegations of fraud including cases brought in Tort and Contract and mainly, by reason of the allegation raised, allocated to the multi track.
In terms of his Personal Injury work, he regularly appears on behalf of both Claimants and Defendants in Fast-track and Multi-track cases in addition to providing advice and opinion on paper and in conference.
Career
Timothy was called to the Bar by the Inner Temple in 2004.
