Three Raymond Buildings is ‘a fantastic set for business crime, and very strong in depth – all members are very high quality’. The set includes members with practices ranging from corruption and insider trading through to more exotic areas such as sanctions and data protection offences. Alexander Cameron QC continues to represent Alstom Network UK, a multi-faceted corruption case, while as sole counsel, Ben Summers prosecuted an insurer in a case concerning its compelling of a policyholder to carry out a subject access request to the Criminal Records Office after it alleged that a claim was fraudulent.
