Stephen Hockman QC acted in Environment Agency v Molson Coors Brewing Co regarding the accidental watercourse pollution by a major international brewing company. Meanwhile David Travers led Christopher Badger in EA v FDL Ltd, relating to an alleged escape of material from the premises of a food manufacturer.
