Property

9 Park Place’s property practice covers trespass and boundary issues as well as housing disputes, including unlawful eviction matters. In 2016, Cerys Walters represented the appellant in the Court of Appeal case of Lee (Flowers) v Cardiff County Council; the result was an alteration to Part 83 of the 2014 Civil Procedure Rules, meaning landlords now need court permission to apply for eviction warrants for breached suspended possession orders.
