Position

Robin Powell came to the Bar after a successful career in local authority social services where he worked in child protection and mental health law.  Robin has deep experience in all aspects of family law and his practice increasingly encompasses cases with an international dimension. Robin accepts instructions by way of the Public Access scheme and is licensed to conduct litigation. He is able to guide and assist in securing litigation finance.
