Position

Sabrina has extensive experience in all forms of personal injury work. She is regularly instructed in the following claims: occupational disease; employer liability; public liability; occupier liability, RTA, Fatal Accidents, Inquests and Costs.

Her particular expertise is in the field of Occupational Disease. This includes but is not limited to NIHL, HAVS, COSHH, Dermatitis, WRULD, Stress at Work and Respiratory Diseases. She is regularly instructed by firms to act in such claims nationwide and is regularly asked to advise on complex issues of medical causation, breach of duty and limitation.

Sabrina acts exclusively for Claimants in a range of cases which includes but is not limited to delayed diagnosis of spinal injuries and surgical negligence. She advises both in writing and in conference and regularly drafts pleadings. She has particular experience of advising in conferences involving both experts and clients, able to explore complicated issues of breach and causation with an expert while simultaneously explaining the issues in clear and simple terms to clients.
