Position

Andrew is a barrister specialising in employment and discrimination law, sports law and commercial law. He is regularly instructed on high value and complex employment disputes involving allegations of discrimination and whistleblowing, and he appears regularly in the Employment Appeal Tribunal (details of which can be viewed on his Matrix Chambers profile). In addition, Andrew is experienced in High Court litigation, including disputes concerning restrictive covenants, confidential information and fiduciary duties. With regard to his growing sports law practice, Andrew has been instructed by UEFA and FIFPro (in connection with their complaint to the European Commission on the issue of third party ownership in football), as well as acting for football clubs, athletes and managers in relation to a range of contractual and regulatory disputes.
