Position

Jonathan is a partner in the Banking, Governance and Corporate team and specialises in advising on a range of housing matters, advising RPs, local authorities and developers on stock transfers and joint ventures between the public and private sectors as well as advising on vires, charity law, mergers, group reorganisations and regulatory matters for RPs.

Prior to Devonshires Solicitors, Jonathan spent 15 years at Trowers & Hamlins LLP during which time he specialised in LSVTs and advised Homes & Communities Agency on a number of their investment programmes.

Education

Jonathan graduated from Lancaster University with a BA in History and Politics before completing his CPE and LPC at the College of Law.
