Career
Wendy Del Mul joined Dentons as Counsel in 2014, having previously practised with another major Canadian law firm. Wendy practises corporate law with a focus on private equity and venture capital, corporate development and secured lending. She is a member of the firm’s Securities Law, and Life Sciences and Emerging Technologies practice groups.
Wendy’s private equity expertise includes representing investors and issuers in structuring, negotiating and implementing domestic and cross-border privately placed debt and equity securities offerings, venture capital financings and advising sponsors and investors in the formation of private equity funds.
