Matthew Curtis is an associate in Dentons Canada LLP’s Employment and Labour Group. He advises Canadian and international companies on a variety of labour and employment matters.
Matthew has broad experience in labour and employment law, including; wrongful dismissal, post-employment competition, employment standards, privacy, executive compensation, health & safety matters and workers compensation, human rights and labour relations. Matthew has appeared before various levels of courts and administrative tribunals, including the Supreme Court of Canada.
Upon graduation from the Faculty of Law at the University of British Columbia, Matthew was a judicial law clerk at the Federal Court of Appeal.
