Chloe is a partner in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice group in Dentons’ Toronto office. She carries on a broad civil and commercial litigation practice. Chloe has particular experience in cases involving contract disputes, banking issues, pensions and benefits, trade secrets and confidential information, fraud, shareholder rights, product liability, estates, trusts and professional negligence. She has represented clients in various industries, including energy, telecommunications, information technology, insurance, agriculture, banking, real estate and fine arts. Chloe also has experience acting for foreign businesses and has represented clients involved in cross-border disputes.
