Career
As one of the most senior partners in Dentons’ litigation department, Frank is a seasoned veteran of numerous trials, appeals, administrative hearings, mediations and other forms of ADR. He has extensive experience in the areas of professional liability, construction litigation and insurance litigation, including engineering, architecture and surveyor cases, which form part of his construction practice acting for owners, general contractors and insurers. In addition, Frank has extensive experience in representing and advising accountants, financial advisers, insurance brokers, real estate brokers and other professionals.
Frank’s practice also includes general corporate and commercial litigation, contract disputes, shareholders disputes and product liability, some of which have involved class actions. Frank is a trusted adviser to insurers and other clients who seek his assistance with complex insurance coverage issues. Another significant aspect of Frank’s practice and experience is the representation of professionals before their self-governing bodies, including attendances at Professional Conduct Committee and Discipline Committee hearings. Frank is the senior litigation partner responsible for the firm’s construction and insurance litigation teams.
