Career
Radha joined Dentons Canada LLP’s Toronto office in 2014 after practicing at a leading Canadian law firm and is a member of the Financial Services Group.
As a member of the Financial Services Group, Radha advises financial institutions, institutional investors and corporate borrowers on a broad range of structured financing transactions. Radha regularly advises foreign and domestic clients in the areas of bilateral and syndicated financing, acquisition financing, cash flow and asset-based lending, project financings, cross-border financings and real estate bond financing. Radha also advises clients in connection with corporate restructuring, private mergers and acquisitions and other corporate matters.
Prior to law school, Radha worked for a large international captive finance company in the automotive industry. During law school she was an academic representative of the Common Law Student Society, and she coached the Varsity Women’s Fastball team at the University of Ottawa.
