Position
Pascal Chadenet is a Partner in the Corporate M&A Group of Dentons’ Paris office. He specializes in mergers and acquisitions, with a focus on cross-border transactions. He has been representing investors all over the world in connection with their acquisitions in France. He has also been assisting French clients in numerous cross-border or domestic transactions, acquisitions or joint ventures.
Pascal is a member of the Dentons Global Venture Technology group. He assists start-ups in their funds raisings and private equity funds in their investments, whether at an early stage or in subsequent issuances.
Pascal also represents lenders or borrowers in acquisition finance transactions.
He is a member of the Dentons’ Life Sciences Group and of the Luxury, Fashion and Beauty Sector Group. He is very active in the food, tourism (travel agents and tour operators), manufacturing and publishing industries.
