Ines van Dijk is a civil-law notary in the Netherlands and a partner in our Amsterdam office. She is also the Europe Co-Head of the Dentons Family Office and High Net Worth (DFO) group, which provides cross-sector and cross-practice services to ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families globally.
Ines focuses on commercial real estate and corporate law. She specializes in real estate transactions, structuring of residential and shopping centers, special sales processes, and financing and securities. In the area of corporate law, Ines advises real estate companies, family businesses and healthcare institutions, among others. She is involved in national and international takeovers, reorganizations and restructurings, as well as the establishment of specific contractual forms of cooperation.
She also has a special focus on family owned businesses. Her clients include moderate to high-net-worth individuals and families. She is experienced in the dynamics and problems specific to family businesses, such as succession planning.
