Career
Miglena is a Senior Associate Solicitor having practiced UK immigration and nationality law since 2009. She specialises in all areas of immigration law and has extensive experience in corporate, high net worth and personal immigration matters.
Miglena regularly writes for the media and legal publications, including Lexis®PSL and Practical Law (Thomson Reuters). She enjoys lobbying the Home Office to effect changes to immigration law and policy and advising clients on complex areas of immigration law. She has a particular interest in European law and is one of the firm’s experts on Brexit and the movement of people within the single market.
She is a co-convener of the PSL Working Group in the Immigration Law Practitioners’ Association. The firm’s PSL team, under Miglena’s management, was shortlisted for the LexisNexis PSL Award in 2019.
