Position
Majid is a partner in the clinical law team. He handles a range of medical malpractice claims for NHS bodies and private healthcare providers and has a specialist interest in risk management; Majid lectures regularly on improving safety in medicine. He also advises on consent to treatment issues and disclosure of risk. In addition to his litigation work, Majid advises on various mental capacity issues and has appeared as an advocate in inquests.
