Position
Daniel is a partner in the dispute resolution team. He has extensive experience of advising and representing the firm’s healthcare clients in complex disputes in the High Court and Appellate Courts. Daniel has developed particular expertise in the management of commercial disputes arising within the NHS context. He is a recognised leader in fraud response for public sector and healthcare bodies. Daniel has handled several high-profile and sensitive cases involving challenges to large-scale and sensitive procurements, as well as on PFI/PPP and LIFT projects. He advises on reputation management issues including libel litigation, pre-publication advice, and responding to and managing adverse publicity. As a solicitor-advocate, Daniel regularly appears before various tribunals.
