Position

• Marco Antonio specialises in the insurance and reinsurance practice. Since he started practising law, he has specialised in analysing complex insurance and reinsurance coverage.
•  He is part of the Corporate and Regulatory team where he is involved in the analysis of coverage in liability matters advising various clients in the domestic market and in the international insurance and reinsurance market.

•  He has participated in the analysis of multi-company liability coverage, interpreting cooperation clauses for the proposal of defence strategies in multi-million dollar claims cases in collaboration with the litigation team.
• He has collaborated in the design of a quantification system for the estimation of sentences based on the legal elements available to advise and counsel international clients on legal reserves.
• He has also collaborated in the design of strategy and in the conduction of contentious administrative lawsuits against the National Commission for the Protection and Defense of Users of Financial Services involving around 400 lawsuits where the team has currently obtained a favourable result in each of the lawsuits filed.
• He has collaborated in advising a client from China in connection with a claim for indemnity against an insurance company in maritime matters where the insured amount is 16,000,000 dollars.
•  He has assisted in international consultations in connection with the development of insurance products under Mexican law.  

•  He has assisted in legal consultations in international disputes on fraud and due diligence issues in connection with risk underwriting
