Career
Shahrzad Pourhamzeh, Ph.D. has been an attorney at law of the Iranian Central Bar Association since 2012 and has obtained her Ph.D. from Shahid Beheshti University in the field of Oil and Gas Law. She joined Hatami & Associates International Law Firm in 2014 as a legal consultant focusing on international trade and foreign investment such as oil and gas related projects. Since her membership, she has been actively involved in most of the cases and projects referred to the Firm and has supervised and managed many of the tasks which have been referred to some of the Firm’s colleagues.
Recently, she has turned a major part of her focus to litigation, examples of which can be Star Agritech Tarim Ticaret Ltd.’s several disputes, and Sincep Special Equipment Co., LTD.’s dispute with Sealand Co.
Due to her legal experience in contractual issues of mall projects (Iran Mall), she is now engaged as a senior consultant in contractual matters of a new project called Farmaniyeh Mall.
