Angélica has broad experience advising national and multinational companies in all labour and employment matters, as well as social security issues that have an impact on the corporate side of the business.   She regularly assists both public and private clients on restructurings, pension schemes, due diligence for mergers and acquisitions and contracts, as well as workplace health and safety.  Clients value her advice in the most critical issues concerning labour law. She has strong expertise in collective bargaining.

She has been professor of Labour Law at recognised universities in Bogota.
