Evan Stroman is a corporate associate in Diaz Reus’ Miami office. He gained significant experience in cross-border matters working for a prestigious firm in Miami, where he specialized in finance, securities, and real estate. Mr. Stroman is also an experienced litigator, having resolved disputes related to real estate development projects, representations and warranties clauses, and other commercial contracts.
