Partner. Her practice is focused corporate law and mergers and acquisitions, project finance and foreign investment. She also works aviation law. Over the past months Ms. Jiménez has closed important deals including the refinancing transaction raising a total US$533 million of new senior financing for Aeordom, operator of six airports in the Dominican Republic.

Career

Partner at the Firm since March 2017. Previously she was a senior associate at the Firm. Ms. Jiménez worked as in house counsel for Cap Cana, a tourist project developer in the country.

Education

Ms.Jiménez received her Bachelor of Laws, Summa Cum Laude, from Universidad Iberoamericana in 2005. In 2007, she obtained a Masters Degree in Business Law from Universidad Francisco de Vitoria– Illustrious College Lawyers of Madrid. he participated in the program “Finance for Non-Financial Majors” organized by Barna Business School in 2009; and in the Seminar “Arbitration in Latin America: Current Topics on Commercial Arbitration” sponsored by the Council for Conciliation and Arbitration of the Chamber of Commerce and Production of Santo Domingo and the International Arbitration Court of the ICC.
