Career
Carlos Vicioso is the Firm’s Director of Natural Resources and Energy. He has over 10 years of national and international work experience, including law firm experience and in-house counsel experience, leading and advising in high profile natural resources and energy matters, mergers and acquisitions, and complex contract drafting and negotiation.
Carlos has the unique ability to interact with a wide range of personalities in many different professions. His previous employment included overseeing and leading the legal area of a Canadian Oil and Gas company’s operation in Ecuador, serving as a point of escalation and direction, as well as legal advise of the company’s sales and marketing and business development area.
Prior to that, Carlos worked as a Senior Associate in the Firm’s Natural Resources and Energy practice and has worked in other Multinational Law Firms both in Colombia and in Singapore.
