Santiago Adarve is an associate of the Firm for the Corporate/M&A practice area. He joined the Firm in 2022 and advises national and international clients in matters related to the incorporation and administration of corporations in Colombia, drafting and negotiating shareholder agreements, drafting minutes of corporate bodies, dissolution and liquidation of companies. He has extensive experience in advising companies regarding commercial law, consumer law and intellectual property.
In addition, he has worked advising clients in the fashion and retail industries. He also participates drafting and negotiating all types of commercial contracts.
