Manuel is an associate in the Firm’s Dispute Resolution, Litigation and Arbitration practice and supports infrastructure practice. He has experience in administrative and commercial litigation and arbitration, as well in consulting in public and private affairs-contracts, Infrastructure-PPPs, Oil & Gas, public services, administrative and public law and civil and public liability. Before joining the Firm, Manuel worked as an attorney of a local law firm in the Dispute Resolution an consulting team.
Julián holds an undergraduate law degree from Universidad Externado de Colombia, he also obtained a specialist degree in public contracting and management.
