Career

Priscila joined Basch & Rameh in 2013 and became a junior partner in March 2022. She is an associate in the oil and gas and aviation sectors of the firm. Qualified in Sao Paulo and Rio de Janeiro, she is experienced in cross-border financial transactions commercial banks, export credit agencies, and corporate entities. She has also been involved in renewable energy projects, concerning wind power in Northeast Brazil. Her experience includes advising private and public entities in comparing foreign investment regulations at the International Finance Corporation, a member of the World Bank Group, in 2012. Notably, she was involved in a major offshore gas terminal finance project for the government of Jamaica at Mayer Brown LLP, Washington, DC, also in 2012.
