As a member of Butler Snow’s Health Law Practice, Ms. Lundy represents hospitals and health systems, physicians, and ancillary services providers on regulatory, operational, and transactional matters including Medicare and Medicaid payment, the federal Stark and Anti-kickback laws, EMTALA, HIPAA privacy and security compliance, state law licensure and compliance issues.
She is a member of the American Health Lawyers Association, American College of Healthcare Executives and American Society of Healthcare Risk Management.
