Career

Kelly A. Frawley’s practice focuses on disputes involving divorce, equitable distribution, custody, visitation, child and spousal support, paternity and other areas of family and matrimonial practice before New York trial and appellate courts. She also represents individuals in the drafting and negotiation of prenuptial and post-nuptial agreements. She has been recognized in New York Metro Super Lawyers 2013-2015 as a “Rising Star.”

From 2004 to 2007 Kelly served as an Assistant District Attorney in the New York County District Attorney’s Office, where she tried 14 jury trials. She prosecuted both non-violent and violent crime, including, narcotics and firearm crimes, and criminal conspiracies.
