Edward E. Filusch’s practice focuses on representing corporations, investment funds, and individuals in civil and criminal matters in state and federal court with a focus on complex commercial and financial products litigation. Ed has been recognized as a “Rising Star” in the 2014-2016 editions of New York Metro Super Lawyers in the area of Business Litigation.

Prior to joining Kasowitz, Ed served as a law clerk to the Honorable Brian M. Cogan of the United States District Court, Eastern District of New York. Ed began his legal career as an associate in the White Collar Criminal Defense Group of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP.
