Career

Ramón Ricardo Arias is an expert on taxation, corporate, and commercial law, with emphasis on mergers and acquisitions. He has led teams in the most complex M&A operations involving national and foreign corporations, advised national and foreign clients in connection with the development and structuring of the main loan syndications and securitizations, participated in corporate and financial restructuring procedures, designed tax planning strategies, and provided representation to corporations. 
Mr. Arias has also participated in a pro bono transaction of the exchange “Debt for Nature”, a novelty in the restructuring procedures in the region and in litigation processes for the preservation of historic and cultural sites.
