Mary-Louise is an associate within the Isle of Man Corporate Department.  She qualified as an Isle of Man Advocate in February 2017, joining the firm in May 2018.

She has experience in a wide range of corporate matters, including banking and asset finance.  Her practice also extends to providing regulatory, pension and insurance advice.

Mary-Louise acts for a variety of international financial institutions, law firms and corporate service providers, advising on a full range of the key and complex legal issues that affect both their own businesses and those of their clients.
