Dylan appears as junior counsel in commercial litigation matters before the Supreme Court and has also appeared before the lower courts and the Assessment Review Committee. He advises clients on litigation and dispute resolution matters relating to commercial, employment and trust disputes.
He also handles due diligence exercises, the drafting and reviewing of various legal documentation and assists in the preparation of legal opinions.
