Jan Kees Brandse is a lawyer and business advisor with 25 plus years of experience in the corporate real estate industry, with a particular focus on private equity transactions, reorganizations, joint ventures and take-overs. Thédoor Melchers advised the Nordic group BEWI on the purchase of Synbra Holding, the Netherlands-based manufacturer. Martijn Hermus acted for Bunzl on the purchase of 85% of the shares from JéTé Holding in QS Nederland. Other team members include Jan Kees Brandse, who advised the Toronto-based Dream Global REIT on its investment in Merin, one of the largest commercial real estate platforms in the Netherlands.
