Lorena Mejía is member of the corporate area, providing comprehensive legal services covering all aspects of corporate law to domestic and international companies, including foreign investment, corporate governance and compliance. She is specialized in contractual advice, and negotiations in commercial matters, including services agreements, credit agreements, purchases, confidential agreements.

She also has experience in the incorporation and installation of multinational companies in Mexico. Her practice includes also advice in corporate matters as corporate restructures, mergers and acquisitions, creation of joint ventures between multinational companies.

Best known for its market leading international trade and commerce capabilities, EC Rubio  has a lengthy track record advising multinational corporations with business operations in Mexico from across a broad array of industries, particularly regarding cross-border work.
