Dispute resolution

Within: Dispute resolution

'A go-to firm for high-value, BVI-based litigation', Conyers' BVI office has 'a pre-eminent boutique dispute resolution practice'. The group acts in commercial litigation, shareholder disputes and emergency interim relief work, as well as insolvency and restructuring matters involving schemes of arrangement, liquidation and asset tracing. The practice also acts in substantial trust litigation representing trustees, protectors and beneficiaries. Litigation and restructuring head Mark Forte recently acted for KMG International in the enforcement of a high-value arbitration award, and Richard Evans is notably focused on shareholder disputes, particularly Asia-sourced work, and contentious insolvency matters. Also key to the team are Jerry Samuel and newly promoted partner Tameka Davis, while Matthew Brown, Lauren Peaty and Alecia Johns are experienced associates.
