Ivania Barrios is an associate in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department of Morgan & Morgan where she is regularly advising clients in civil and commercial matters, contract and non-contractual civil liability and litigation processes with subjects on banking, insurance, among others.

Prior to joining Morgan & Morgan, Ms. Barrios was an attorney at major local law firms where she gained experience in fields such as litigation, corporate law, banking law, insurance law, offshore services, intellectual property, and administrative law.

Ms. Barrios holds an LL.B. from the School of Law of Universidad Nacional de Panama (2018) and a LL.M. in Business and Corporate Law from Universidad Latina de Panama (2022).

She is admitted to practice law in the Republic of Panama.
