Ceri joined Burges Salmon in 2014, after completing her training contract with Bircham Dyson Bell.
Ceri is now a senior associate in the firm’s Corporate team where she advises both individuals and companies across a wide range of sectors on a variety of both transactional and advisory matters including investments, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, re-organisations, corporate governance and share capital issues.
Ceri is a member of the firm’s Health and Social Care team and is particularly experienced in this sector having acted for a number of sellers and buyers on the sale and purchase of social care companies/businesses and associated issues.
