Anjarwalla & Khanna's team is 'very approachable and has a friendly but professional approach', 'is always available' and, according to one client, 'is open and honest and will guide you through the decision-making process'. It is a leader in anti-corruption and white-collar crime investigations, and also represents a multitude of large Kenyan corporates and multinationals in domestic and cross-border litigations and arbitrations. It acted for Heineken in a dispute concerning the termination of distribution agreements, where the distributors had obtained an interim injunction to stop the termination, with the Court of Appeal eventually staying the execution of the injunction orders. Aisha Abdallah has an outstanding reputation. Forensic investigator Willie Oelofse has joined from Deloitte East Africa. Senior associate Mohamed Karega is also highly rated.
