Career
Chris’ practice focuses on federal energy regulation and energy transactions. He advises clients in both domestic and international transactions involving liquefied natural gas (LNG) sales and terminal service agreements, natural gas pipeline and gathering line service agreements, and the sale or acquisition of electric power assets. Chris has also represented liquefied natural gas exporters and importers, liquefied natural gas facility owners, natural gas pipeline owners, natural gas producers, and electric generation owners before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) and the Department of Energy (DOE).
