Tim is a Consultant in our Litigation and Dispute Management practice group based in our Hong Kong office. He is admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales and Hong Kong.

His recent experience includes: acting for a US chemicals company in a US$100m contractual dispute with a Japanese supplier of business critical manufacturing equipment; advising a global securities firm on the recovery of valuable air freight cargo lost at Hong Kong International Airport; and acting for the Provisional Liquidators of a global electronics business in claims exceeding US$300m.
