Peter is an associate in our Corporate group. He specialises in Corporate transactional work including M&A, group reorganisations, private equity investments and general corporate governance matters. Peter has also been involved in equity capital markets transactions.

Peter has an honours degree in Law from the University of Leicester. Prior to beginning his training contract at Eversheds, Peter worked as a paralegal in the HRPG practice group, assisting on international projects for a number of US clients before completing his Legal Practice Course at the University of Law, Birmingham with Distinction.
