Caroline is a Senior Associate in our human resources practice. She advises clients on all employment related matters in a number of service and manufacturing industries including IT, Financial Services, Distribution, Retail and Management Consultancy. Her experience includes: advocacy at Tribunals, advising on the planning and implementation of large scale reorganisation and redundancy exercises, enforcement of restrictive covenants, executive and employee severances, changes to pension schemes, advising on the employment law aspects of management buy-outs and sales and purchases of companies, and preparation and review of contractual documentation, staff handbooks and policy documentation.
