Marie Louise is a principal associate in the Occupiers Team of our Real Estate Practice Group. She has substantial experience in portfolio management and continues to be responsible for the day-to-day control of the team providing legal services to HSBC Bank plc , Mitchells& Butlers and other clients in respect of their property portfolios. She specialises in all types of corporate occupier real estate matters including acquisitions, sale and leasebacks, and disposals across a broad range of sectors including Financial Institutions , Food & Drink and Retail

Marie Louise also specialises in real estate finance and corporate support work advising the Company Commercial Practice Group in all real estate matters .

Her recent experience includes advising:

HSBC Bank plc and Mitchells&Butlers in their respective  National acquisition programmes;
HSBC in a number of lends secured on a portfolio of a mixed use sites ranging in value from £20 - £100million; and the acquisition of a new National Headquarters for a Midlands based delivery company
