Tom is an Associate in our Company Commercial Practice Group and has acted for clients in relation to acquisitions, disposals, private equity transactions and listed company transactions.

Tom's recent experience includes: advising Eurocell plc on its £175million Official List flotation; acting for Joules plc on its £140million admission to AIM; advising selling shareholders on the £200 million disposal of Wiggle Limited; acting for LDC on its secondary buy-out of CitySprint for £175m; advising management and Daisy Group on its £500million take private acquisition by Toscafund; acting for iconic automotive company MIRA in a strategic assets and share sale to Japanese corporate HORIBA for £85million; and advising Abbey Protection plc on its £117m public takeover by US listed Markel Inc.

For six months in 2012, Tom was seconded to our Shanghai office where he worked on various M&A transactions and foreign direct investments including a wine production joint venture for Pernod Ricard.

Tom has an honours degree in Biology from the University of Bath and completed his Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Course at the College of Law, Birmingham.
