Ben is a Principal Associate in our Company Commercial Practice Group specialising in the drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts and technology agreements.

Ben qualified in 2008 and joined Eversheds in January 2011. Since joining Eversheds, Ben has advised a variety of clients on a range of agreements including outsourcing, agency and distribution.

Ben has also worked in-house on various client secondment roles, including a six month virtual secondment to a major banking group, a four month placement at a utility provider and time spent in-house at a technology provider.

Ben’s recent experience includes:

• advising on a major public procurement exercise for the provision of electronic equipment and the outsourcing of related installation and maintenance services; 
• negotiating an agreement for the provision of software as a service in relation to a business critical enterprise resource planning system; and 
• drafting the terms of a framework agreement for the provision of high value ICA and telemetry products and services.
