Parminder is a senior associate in our Litigation and Disputes Management Practice group. He has experience of advising clients in relation to a range of commercial and contractual disputes, as well as working on Investigations and Public Inquiries.

His recent experience includes working as part of a team defending a multi-million pound claim brought against a corporate client for fraudulent misrepresentation. Parminder has represented a client in obtaining a search and seizure order and freezing injunction following allegation of employee fraud and worked as part of a team acting for two large energy companies, firstly in respect of a regulatory investigation and secondly, in connection with a significant breach of warranty claim, valued in excess of £100 million.

Parminder was also a member of the team working on behalf of the Mayor's Office for Police and Crime in the Leveson Inquiry and has recently acted for a Liquidator conducting an investigation into a multi-million pound fraud against a hedge fund and pursuing claims against the perpetrators in a number of jurisdictions.
