The transactions Keri delivers are frequently recognised by industry bodies and commentators (Deal of the Year for $250m acquisition of Odyssey Industries Inc and Global Tooling Systems Inc by Hampson Industries plc, Deal of the Year for the £180m disposal of Wiggle by ISIS to Bridgepoint Capital).

His clients include Wienerberger AG, Rolls-Royce plc, Abbey Protection Group plc, The Grass Roots Group plc, United Drug plc, HSS Hire, Bouygues Batiment International and Islamic Bank of Britain plc. He also leads on corporate transactions for firmwide clients such as BBA Aviation plc, Centrica and Npower.

Recent transactions include the £180m disposal of Wiggle, the $54m acquisition of CareFusion by Natus Medical Inc across 12 jurisdictions, advising HSS and management on the acquisition by Exponent PE and subsequent bolt on acquisitions and the sale of LPC Group plc to Sofidel s.p.a for an undisclosed sum.
