Stefanie is a Partner in the Financial Institutions Group. She practices in a variety of areas of the group, with an emphasis on structuring unauthorised funds and advising public and private sector institutional investors.

Stefanie has a particular focus on unauthorised funds and joint ventures, advising on onshore and offshore fund structures, underlying portfolio vehicles, holding entities, acquisitions and disposals of wrapped assets, fund extensions and other restructurings. She has launched a number of funds in the UK and offshore, including Jersey and Luxembourg.

Stefanie also advises large institutional investors on their investment in a range of onshore and offshore funds in all asset classes, including credit, infrastructure, hedge, renewables, real estate and private equity. She negotiates fund documentation and side letters in respect of such investments. Stefanie advises on investment management agreements, custody agreements and related documentation and negotiates these on behalf of her clients.

Stefanie's practice has a specific focus on Germany. She speaks fluent German and regularly spends time in Eversheds Sutherland's German offices as well as coordinating cross-jurisdictional matters from London.
